Depending on the level of service product that you have selected, you should hear from a writer within 72 hours during regular business hours of placing your resume order.  Delivery time for regular orders can take up to 5 business days to complete AFTER a writer contacts you! If you pay for RUSH service, you will be contacted within the same day or 24 hours during regular business hours Monday – Friday. When paying for RUSH service, we move your resume to the front of the line.
